HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that a Writ for the election of Seven Trustees of the Nelson Trust Funds having been issued in accordance with the provisions of the Nelson Trust Funds Act, 1854, the Returning Officer has returned the said Writ, with a certificate to the effect that the undermentioned Gentlemen have been duly elected Trustees of the said Trust Funds:β

DAVID MONRO, of Waimea West, Doctor of Medicine.
JOHN WALLIS BARNICOAT, of Waimea East, Esquire.
