Estimated extent—20,000 acres.

the Rivers Hope and Wai-
au-ua or Dillon; eastward by
the Rivers Hope and Wai-
au-ua (at a point half-a-
mile eastward of the junction
of the Kakapo with the said
river; southward by the line
of available country on the
south bank of the River Dillon;
and westward by a line running
due south from the northward
to the southward boundary, at
a distance from the eastward

boundary to make the required
acreage of ten thousand acres.

Wai-au-ua or Dillon; eastward
by a line running due north to
the limit of the available coun-
try, and commencing on the
banks of the River Dillon, at a
point about ten miles west of
the junction of the Hanmer
with the Dillon; southward by
the River Dillon or Wai-au-ua;
and westward by a line running
due north from the banks of
the Dillon to the limit of the
available country, and at a dis-
tance from the eastward bound-
ary to give the required acreage.
Estimated extent—10,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£15.

It is to be distinctly understood that the acceptance
and publication of the above applications confer no
rights whatever upon the respective applicants to any
land included in their applications which may be iden-
tical with land included in prior and valid applications.
