I, THE undersigned, THOMAS BRUNNER, of the Town of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Principal Surveyor, hereby give Notice, that I intend to APPLY to two or more Justices of the Peace, having jurisdiction in the said province, at a Meeting to be held on MONDAY, the sixth day of April now next, at the Court House, Nelson, for an ORDER for STOPPING UP and DIVERTING the under-mentioned ROAD. And I hereby give further notice, that I will cause a survey-plan of the road proposed to be stopped up, and of the road proposed to be substituted for the same, together with the book of reference, to be deposited with the Clerk to the Magistrates, and with Mr. THOMAS FAGAN, Chief Constable:—
To stop up a road in the district of Suburban North, through Section numbered 27, commencing at the main line of road through Happy Valley, and proceeding about 14 chains in a southerly direction, and thence about 13 chains in an easterly direction, crossing the Happy Valley stream, and terminating at the road leading to Mr. Close's. Also to stop up part of a certain other road, branching out of the aforesaid road near to the house of Mr. Blanchett, and running in a south-easterly direction for about 7 chains, and terminating where the road proposed to be substituted joins the road leading up the valley of the river Lud.
And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road, 60 links in width, through the aforesaid Section numbered 27, commencing at the main line of road aforesaid, at the same point as the first-named road, and proceeding in an easterly direction along the boundary fence of the said Section numbered 27 for about 12 chains, and thence in a southerly direction for about 14 chains, until it joins the aforesaid road, leading up the valley of the river Lud. And also a road to branch from the aforesaid road, crossing the Happy Valley stream at the ford, and terminating at the road leading to Mr. Close's.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned, under the firm of ALFRED FELL AND COMPANY, as general merchants and commission agents, at Nelson, in the province of Nelson, New Zealand, was this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and that all Debts due to or owing by the said Firm will be received and paid by the undersigned ALFRED FELL.
