MOTUPIPI DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by a line along highwater mark, from the end of the road through Section No. 77 to the north-east corner of Section No. 151;

Eastward, by a line from the last-named point to the south-east corner of Section No. 153, and thence to the Takaka river at the south-east corner of Section No. 184;

Southward, by a line from the last-named point to the south-east angle of Section No. 148, and thence by a line due west for two miles;

Westward, by a line running due north for nine and a half miles, from the termination of the southward boundary to the south-west corner of Section No. 74, and thence by a straight line to the commencement of the northern boundary.

WAIRAU DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by the Wairau river from the confluence of the Branch river to the sea;

Eastward, from the mouth of the last-named river along the sea-coast to the southern extremity of the Boulder Bank;

Southward, by a straight line from the last-named point to the south-west corner of Section No. 9, Block II., Waihopai;

Westward, by a straight line from the last-named point to the aforesaid confluence of the Branch and Wairau rivers.

AWATERE DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:

Northward, by the southern boundary of the Wairau district;

Eastward, by the sea from the southern extremity of the Boulder Bank to the mouth of the Flags river;

Southward and Westward by a straight line from the mouth of the said river to the south-west corner of Section No. 9, Block II., Waihopai.

Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Nelson, this fifteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven.

HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified, that the Meetings of the voters of the several Districts constituted under the authority of \"The Country Roads Act, 1856,\" for the purpose of electing DISTRICT BOARDS to carry into effect the provisions of that Act, shall be held at the following places on the undermentioned days, viz.:β€”

On Tuesday, 28th July:
For the District of Suburban North, the School-house, Thackwood, Wakapuaka;
For the District of Waimea West, the School-house, Waimea Village;
For the District of Suburban South, the School-house, Stoke.

Wednesday, 29th July:
For the District of Waimea East, the School-house, Richmond;
For the District of Waimea South, the School-house, Spring Grove;
For the District of Motueka, the School-house, Motueka;
For the District of Motupipi, the School-house, Motupipi;
For the District of Wairau, the House of Mr. John Godfrey, known as the Wairau Hotel;
For the District of Awatere, the House of Mr. George M\'Rae, Blairich, Awatere.

Thursday, 30th July:
For the District of the Moutere, at the School-house, Lower Moutere.

Friday, 31st July:
For the District of Riwaka, the School-house, Riwaka.

HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has appointed THURSDAY, the 30th day of July instant, at Twelve o\'clock at noon, for the MEETING of Voters under \"The Nelson Improvement Act, 1856,\" and that such Meeting shall be holden at the Court House, Nelson, for the purpose of electing a Board of Seven Persons to carry into effect the provisions of that Act.
