ward to highwater mark, and eastward to
the eastern boundary aforesaid;
Westward, by the sea.

WAIMEA-EAST DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:
Northward, partly by highwater mark from
section numbered 207 to section num-
bered 77, and partly by the southern
boundary of Suburban-south district;
Eastward, by a line in continuation of the
eastern boundary of Suburban-south dis-
trict for a distance of six miles;
Southward, by a line at right angles to the
eastern boundary, until it strikes the
banks of the river Wairoa, and thence
along the river Wairoa to its junction
with the river Waimea;
Westward, by the river Waimea.

WAIMEA SOUTH DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:
Northward, partly by a line drawn from the
south-west angle of Section numbered
189, Moutere, to the banks of the river
Wai-iti at Forty-line, partly by the eastern
bank of the wai-iti river to its junction
with the river Wairoa, partly by the
southern bank of the river Wairoa, and
partly by the southern boundary of the
Waimea East district;
Eastward, by a line in continuation of the
eastern boundary of the Waimea East
district for a distance of thirteen miles;
Southward, by a line at right angles to the
eastern boundary for a distance of six
miles;
Westward, by a line running from the ter-
mination of the last-mentioned boundary
to Section No. 189, in the district of the
Moutere.

WAIMEA WEST DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:
Northward, by highwater mark at Section
25, Waimea West, to Section No. 2, in the
same district;
Eastward, partly by the river Waimea, and
partly by the river Wai-iti;

Southward, by the boundary line of Waimea
South district, from the banks of the
Wai-iti to the south-west angle of Section
numbered 189, Moutere;
Westward, by a line from the south-west
angle of Section No. 189, Moutere, to
the north-west angle of Section No. 25,
Waimea West.

MOUTERE DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:
Northward, partly by the river Motueka,
from Section numbered 60 to Section
numbered 258, Motueka, and partly by a
line from section-peg 258, on the banks of
the Motueka river, running eastward to
the north-east angle of Section numbered
172, Motueka;
Eastward, by highwater mark from Section
No. 172, Motueka, to Section No. 25,
Waimea West;
Southward, by a line from the north-west
angle of Section No. 25, Waimea West, to
the south-west angle of Section No. 189,
Moutere;
Westward, by a line running from the south-
west angle of Section No. 189, to the
south-east angle of Section No. 22,
Moutere, and thence to the south-west
angle of Section No. 60, Motueka, con-
tinuing on the western boundary of
Section No. 60, to the Motueka river.

MOTUEKA DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:
Northward, and Westward, by the Motueka
river;
Eastward, by highwater mark from the
mouth of the river Motueka to Section
numbered 172, Motueka;
Southward, by a line running from high-
water mark at Section numbered 172 to
Section No. 258, on the banks of the
Motueka river.

RIWAKA DISTRICT.
Bounded as follows:
Northward, by a line from the north-east
angle of Section No. 28, Motueka, to the
south-west angle of Section No. 96, Mo-
tueka;
Eastward, by highwater mark;
Southward, by the banks of the Motueka
river to the north-west angle of Section
No. 60;
Westward, by a line from the north-west
angle of Section No. 60 to Section No.
28, Motueka.
