10 chains in a north-west direction, thence continuing through Sections Nos. VII., 91, and 89, about 57 chains in a west-south-west direction, and terminating where it enters the aforesaid cross road leading from the Wai-iti river to the hills.

3.β€”To stop up a certain Road in the district of Waimea West, leading from the road called the Church Road, in a west-north-west direction, 34 chains in length, to the next parallel line of road on the north-west, and abutting on Sections Nos. 119 and 120:

4.β€”To stop up part of a certain Road in the district of Motueka, leading from the road known as the Base-line Road, and proceeding westwards, abutting on Sections Nos. 28 and 52, commencing at the said Base-line Road and proceeding about 8 chains in a west direction to where it enters the road now used leading to the Riwaka Valley: also to stop up part of a certain other road abutting on Section No. 52, commencing at the road on the south side of the said Section, thence proceeding about 32 chains in a north direction, and terminating at the road on the north side of the said Section:

And to substitute, in the place thereof, a certain other Road in the said district 75 links in width, commencing at the said Base-line Road about 1 1/2 chains south of the aforesaid road proposed to be stopped up, and proceeding through Section No. 28 about 8 chains along the road now used in a west direction, and terminating where it enters the aforesaid road leading to the Riwaka Valley. Also to open a new road in the said district, through Section No. 52, 75 links in width, along the left bank of the creek known as Ferrers' Creek, commencing at the road leading from the Riwaka flour-mill to the sea, and proceeding about 29 chains in a north and north-east direction, and terminating at or near the landing-place, known as the Green Tree. Also to open a certain other Road through Section No. 22, Motueka, 75 links in width, commencing at a point about 6 chains south of the north-west corner of the said Section, thence proceeding about 8 chains in a general north-east direction, and terminating at a point about 6 chains east of the aforesaid north-west corner of said Section.
