ing ten acres. - An allotment of land in Hampden-street,
containing two acres. - An allotment of land at the corner of
Vanguard and Northesk-streets, con-
taining six acres.
MOTUEKA.
- An allotment of land (being sections,
Nos. 14, 41, 42, and 45), containing
three hundred and thirty acres.
MASSACRE BAY.
- An allotment of land (being sections,
Nos. 155 and 156, Motupipi), con-
taining three hundred and eleven acres.
WAIRAU.
- An allotment of land near the mouth of
the Wairau River (being sections, Nos.
3, 4, 5, and 6), containing six hundred
acres.

TENDERS will be received at this Office,
on or before the 1st day of December
next, from persons desirous of contracting to
execute certain SURVEYS, and to lay out cer-
tain LINES OF ROAD in the districts of the
Kaituna, Pelorus, and Queen Charlotte's
Sound.
Specifications may be seen, and information
of the required works obtained, on application
at the Survey Office, Nelson; and copies of
such specifications and information will be for-
warded to persons desiring the same, on
application at that Office.
