TENDERS will be received at this Office,
on or before MONDAY, the 13th day of
October, from persons desirous of contracting
to ERECT A LOCK-UP at Motueka, on sec-
tion, No. 162.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and
forms of tender obtained, at the Public Works
Office, Nelson, or at Mr. BOYES\' Constable,
Motueka.

APPLICATIONS will be received at this
Office, on or before the 1st December
next, from persons desirous of RENTING, on
such terms as may be agreed upon, the under-
mentioned allotments of land, being PUBLIC
RESERVES granted under the Public Reserves
Act, 1854, viz.:—

TOWN OF NELSON.

  1. An allotment of land at the corner of
    Bridge and Tasman-streets, containing
    three acres.
