of the Board the Chairman shall be chosen by
lot out of the members then present; and such
Chairman shall have an original as well as a
casting vote.

Minutes of Meetings, &c.—Strict minutes
of all meetings of the Board, authenticated by
the signature of the Chairman, shall be kept
by the Secretary (as well as a correct and easily
accessible record of all letters received and
answers returned by the Board), which minutes
and record of letters shall, at the discretion of
the Board, be open to electors upon making
written application to the Secretary.— -
Where Moneys to be deposited, and how
to be withdrawn.—All moneys belonging to
the Trust shall be deposited in the Union
Bank of Australia to the credit of the Trustees
of the Nelson Trust Funds, and shall be drawn
from the Bank only by cheques signed at a
meeting of the Board by the Chairman and
two other present members, and countersigned
by the Secretary. -
Salary to Secretary.—That the salary of
the Secretary be £100 (one hundred pounds)
per annum. -
Remuneration of Auditors.—That a sum
of £20 (twenty pounds) per annum be applied
to the purpose of remuneration of Auditors.
We do hereby certify that the within written
Rules and Regulations have been made by the
Trustees of the Nelson Trust Funds, and that
the particulars herein contained are correctly
set forth.
