NELSON TRUST FUNDS.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CONDUCTING THE BUSINESS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

  1. Meetings of the Board, and when to be held.—Meetings of the Board shall be held quarterly; that is to say, on the first day of January, the first day of April, the first day of July, and the first day of October in every year (unless the same happen to fall upon a Sunday or other holiday, in which case the day following shall be substituted for the customary day of meeting); but whenever the state of the Board's affairs appear to the Secretary to require that a special meeting of the Board should be called, and he shall have received from not less than two members a request in writing that such meeting be called by him, together with a statement, signed by those members, of the business which it is intended to bring before it, it shall be competent for the Secretary, and incumbent upon him, to convene such special meeting with the least possible delay.

  2. Quorum.—That three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the despatch of business.

  3. Election of Chairman.—At each meeting
