NOTICE.—In accordance with the terms of the New Zealand Land Regulations, dated the 4th March, 1853, the undermentioned allotments of LAND will be put up to AUCTION, at the Land Office, Nelson, on THURSDAY, the Twenty-eighth day of January, 1854, at Twelve o'clock precisely.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money may be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder paid within a month, or the deposit forfeited.
