General Conditions.

All license-holders shall keep books with
true and accurate accounts entered therein
of all timber cut by them, and shall,
during the first week in the months of
January and July in each year, render to
the Commissioner of Crown Lands a copy
of such account, showing the transactions
of the last six months, accompanied by
a statutory declaration supporting its
accuracy, and shall at the same time remit
all money due as tithes, amounting to over

If either the returns or remittances shall
be two months in arrear, the License shall
ipso facto be forfeited.

land upon or from which timber shall have
been cut or removed by virtue of such
License.
