N pursuance of Section 5 of an Act of the Provincial Council of Marlborough intituled “The Public Cemeteries Act, 1868,” I, JAMES EDMUND HODSON, Esquire, the Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, do hereby appoint

CHARLES HOUGHTON MILLS, Esq.,

to be a Trustee for Districts 2 (Town of Havelock), 3 (Mahakipawa), and 6 (Pelorus Valley), under the said Act, vice the Reverend William Lee, resigned.
