WHEREAS the Rent due under a Depasturing License bearing date the 29th day of October, 1863, and now standing in the joint names of Henry Samuel Simmons and Francis Fredericks, authorising the licensees to depasture Stock on the Pickersgill Island Run, Queen Charlotte Sound, in the Province of Marlborough, estimated to contain 300 acres, has been in arrear since the First day of January, 1874:
Now, therefore, I, Cyrus Goulter, the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the said Province, do hereby declare that the said License is forfeited.
