IN accordance with Clause 58 of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867,” it is hereby notified that the undermentioned Lands have been Reserved from Public Sale under Clause 58 of the said Act:—
District of Havelock Suburban—Sections 57, 69, and 70. District of Maungatapu (Suburban)—Sections 69 and 70. District of Pelorus Sound, Kaimuma (Suburban)—Part I of Section 8. The Peninsula Run—Section 133. District of North Bank of Wairau, Onamalutu Valley—Sections 85, 139, and 168.

NOTICE.
THE Commissioner of Crown Lands, for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that at Noon on WEDNESDAY, the 10th December, 1873, the Allotments of Town Land, Suburban Land, Rural Land, and Pasture Land, set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction and offered for Sale by Public Competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, at the Upset Prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867.”
Ten per Cent. of the purchase money must be paid at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit will be forfeited.
Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, this sixth day of November, 1873.
