Unless redeemed, and charges paid within twenty-one days from this date, the above will be sold.

IN pursuance of the provisions of Clause XXIX of ‘The Gold Fields Act, 1866,’ it is hereby notified for public information that it is the intention of his Honor the Superintendent, by virtue of the powers delegated to him in that behalf, to grant to Caleb Davis and others, a lease of an area of four hundred yards by two hundred yards on the Quartz Reef situated on the banks of Criterion Creek to the East of the Blenheim Claim, No. 1, south, and known as the ‘Homeward Bound’ claim within the limits of the Wairau Gold Field.

IN pursuance of the provisions of Clause XXIX of ‘The Gold Fields Act, 1866,’ it is hereby notified for public information that it is the intention of his Honor the Superintendent, by virtue of the powers delegated to him in that behalf, to grant to James Gourlie and others, a lease of an area of four hundred yards by two hundred yards on the Quartz Reef situated between Quartz Creek and Criterion Creek; and lying to the N.E. of the Golden Gate claim, and known as the Marlborough claim within the limits of the Wairau Gold Field.
