Boundaries—A line drawn from the corner of a road at the north-east corner of section 52, Wairau West, to the mouth of the Tua Marina Creek; thence a public road on North Bank of Wairau, as far as the south-west corner of section 7, granted to Alben Close; thence a line drawn along the western boundary of said section 7, to a public road on south-east side of sections 6 and 7, Raydale Run; thence that road, and the public road on North Bank of Wairau to south-west corner of section 9, Raydale Run; thence a line drawn from that point to a public road along South Bank of Wairau to the starting point.
Estimated extent—380 acres.
Deposit paid—£5.
