5th, will be sold.

IT is hereby notified that, in accordance
with Clause 7 of "The Marlborough
Waste Lands Act, 1867," the Waste Lands
Board has reserved the undermentioned
Block of Land as a Resting Place for Stock,
viz:β
All that Parcel of Land, estimated to
contain Two hundred and seventy-
five (275) acres, situate in the district
of Wairau Valley. Bounded towards
the North by the shingle-bed of the
Wairau river; towards the East and
West partly by land granted to
George Duppa and partly by public
roads on the banks of the Branch
River; and towards the South by a
line in transit with the dividing
line between Sections 19 and 20,
Birch Hill Run.
