In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, and in the matter of the estate of Thomas Wall, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, and Colony of New Zealand, Builder,
NOTICE is hereby given, that an order bearing date the nineteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, under the hand of Stephen Lunn Muller, Esquire, Deputy-Registrar of the said Court for the said Province of Marlborough, and under the seal of the said Supreme Court, the said Thomas Wall is adjudged a bankrupt; and a sitting is, by
the said order, appointed to be held at the Council Chambers, in Blenheim aforesaid, on Tuesday, the 29th day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon precisely, at which sitting the bankrupt is required to surrender and conform, and which sitting is by the said order appointed to be a public meeting of creditors of the bankrupt, for such proceedings as may be taken under the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, or either of the said Acts.
Creditors must prove their debts at or before the said meeting, to enable them to vote thereat.
Dated this twenty-second day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
