In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867; and in the matter of the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868; and in the matter of the Declaration of Insolvency of Timothy William Millington, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, and Colony of New Zealand, Newspaper Proprietor.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named Timothy William Millington did, on Wednesday, the twenty-third day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, file at the office of the Supreme Court, at Blenheim, a declaration pursuant to the 45th Section of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, that he is unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
Dated at Blenheim, this twenty-third day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a meeting of the creditors in the above estate will be holden at the Council Chambers, in Blenheim aforesaid, on Tuesday, the twenty-ninth day of December, instant, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon precisely, for the proving of debts and other business.
