For every Calf, under six months 0 1 0
For every Sheep or Lamb - 0 0 3
For every Goat - - - 0 0 6
For every Boar, Sow, or other Pig - - - 0 1 0
The above charges to be paid for each day, or part of a day, during which the animal is supplied with food and water by the Poundkeeper, but the owner may supply food and water, in which case these charges are not to be made.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Marlborough, at Blenheim, this twentieth day of January, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

N O T I C E.
I, THE COMMISSIONER of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that at noon on SATURDAY, the Twenty-ninth day of February next, the Allotments of Suburban Land, Rural Land, and Pasture Land set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction and offered for sale by public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in this Province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867."
Ten per cent. of the purchase money must be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit forfeited.
Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, this Twenty-third day of January, 1868.
