PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor William Henry Eyes,
Esquire, Superintendent of the
Province of Marlborough, in the
Colony of New Zealand, &c.,
&c., &c.

WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire,
do hereby, in virtue of the power
vested in me in this behalf by the “Superintendent’s Deputy Act, 1856,” of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, appoint
and proclaim

Joseph Ward, Esquire, M.P.C.,
of Brookby, Wairau, to be my Deputy;
and, as such, to perform and exercise all
such acts and powers, as by the said
Act, I am empowered to confer upon a
Deputy.

Given under my hand, and issued
under the public Seal of the
Province of Marlborough, at
Blenheim, this fifth day of
July, One thousand eight
hundred and sixty-seven.

Crown Lands Office,
Blenheim, 10th June, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given that Decisions
in favor of the undermentioned applicants for Licenses to Depasture Stock on
Waste Lands of the Crown, have been
given in accordance with the Land Regulations of 1st July, 1856:—

William Douslin,
District—Pelorus Sound... To include
only so much of the land applied for as is
not within the limits of the Gold Field.

Thomas Dickenson,
District—Kai Koura.

Boundaries not to be definitely settled
until Plans of the Runs have been sent in
required by the said Regulations.

Commissioner.

Blenheim, 14th June, 1867.

TWO CROWN GRANTS in favor of
C. R. and G. R. Keene,
are now ready for delivery at this office.
