PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand.

I, WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby fix and proclaim that the sixteenth Session of the Provincial Council of Marlborough shall be held in the Council Chamber, Blenheim, in the said Province,

and shall commence on TUESDAY, the second day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

Given under my hand and Seal, at the Superintendent’s Office, Blenheim, this nineteenth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
