It is hereby notified that the undermentioned blocks of land, in the Town of Havelock, have been reserved by His Honor the Superintendent, as an addition to the Public Cemetery:—

Part of Section 61, and part of Kavanagh Street, as shown on the plan of the Town of Havelock, in the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim. Estimated contents—Three roods fifteen perches.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that a Writ for the Election of Two Members of the Provincial Council for the Town of Picton, in the Province of Marlborough, has been returned, with a certificate to the effect that the undermentioned gentlemen have been duly elected to serve as members of the said Council for the said district:—

Edward Tennyson Conolly, Esquire, of Picton, and
Joseph Dresser Tetley, Esquire, of Kekerangu.
