places to alter or abolish as he shall think
fit.

And whereas by such notification as
aforesaid, on the eighth day of January,

certain times were fixed by me for the
holding of Sessions of the District Court of
Marlborough, and it is now expedient that
such times be altered, and other times fixed
in lieu thereof:

Now therefore, I, Sir George Grey, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby, in pursuance and exercise of the
said power and authority, fix that Sessions
of the said District Court of Marlborough
shall be held in the old Provincial Council
Chamber at Picton, in the Province of
Marlborough, in every year, on the twenty-
fourth day of February, the twenty-fourth
day of May, the twenty-fourth day of
August, and the twenty-fourth day of
November, or as soon as conveniently may
be after every such day respectively, instead
of on the days prescribed by the
hereinbefore mentioned notification dated
the eighth day of January last.

And I do further, in pursuance and
exercise of the said power and authority,
fix that Sessions of the said District Court
of Marlborough shall also be held in the
Provincial Council Chamber at Blenheim,
in the said Province of Marlborough, in
every year, on the first day of March, the
first day of June, the first day of September,
and the first day of December, or as
soon as conveniently may be after every
such day respectively.

As witness the hand of His Excellency
the Governor, this nineteenth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-six.

E. W. Stafford.
