James White, Esquire,
to be Returning Officer for the election of Members of the Provincial Council for the District of Wairau Valley, in the Province of Marlborough.

Whereas by “The District Courts Act, 1858,” it is provided that there shall be within the Colony Courts of Record, to be called District Courts, and the Governor is empowered, from time to time, by notification in the New Zealand Gazette, to fix the times and places within the district at which every such Court shall be held.
