PROCLAMATION.

By his Honor WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand.

I, THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Marlborough, in accordance with the powers vested in me by clause 16 of the “Constitution Act,” do hereby declare that the Provincial Council of this Province stands prorogued.

Given under my hand and Seal, at Blenheim, this Sixth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
