District.—North Bank of Wairau.

Boundaries.—South and West by Pipe’s Creek for about four (4) miles from its junction with Bartlett’s Creek; on the East by Mr. Adams’ Boundary Creek (Bartlett’s Creek); and on the North by the Black Birch Bush, so far as will include all the open country.

Estimated extent.—Under 10,000 acres.
