HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that a Writ for the Election of a Member of the Provincial Council for the Town of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, has been returned, with a certificate to the effect that the under-mentioned gentleman has been duly elected to serve as a member of the said Council for the said town—

Blenheim, Feb. 6th, 1866.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that, the Block of Crown Land comprising Sections numbered 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, in the Village of Tua Marina, and containing five acres and twenty-three perches more or less, has been reserved as an addition to the Public Cemetery, Section No. 25.
