RAVENCLIFF RUN TO LET.

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that a LICENSE to DEPASTURE STOCK on the Waste Lands of the Crown within the boundaries of the Ravencliff Run, in the District of Queen Charlotte Sound, containing about 10,000 acres (lately licensed to Thomas Buxton) will be put up to auction, and offered to be let by Public Competition at this Office, on WEDNESDAY, the 14th day of June next, at Twelve o’clock at noon, subject to the usual Fee, Rent, and conditions, as provided by the “Regulations for the Licensed Occupation of Pasture Lands” in force in this province.

IN accordance with the provisions of the Waste Land Regulations in force in this Province, notice is hereby given that a dispute in the matter of an application for a Depasturage License will be heard at this Office, on Monday, the 13th day of June next, at Twelve o’clock at noon, namely—
An application made by Messrs. Johnson and Canning for a Pasture License over country in the district of Awatere, claimed by Mrs. McShane, as part of a Run licensed to her.
