NOTICE is hereby given, that part of an Iron Warehouse, situated at the Landing-place near Inglis Street, Havelock, known as Lewthwaite’s Warehouse, has been approved of for the reception of Goods under Bond, in accordance with the provisions of “The Customs Regulation Act, 1858.”

NOTICE is hereby given, that “Sections No. 7 and 10, Marshland Run, District of North Bank of Wairau,” are withdrawn from the Land Sale advertised for the 29th instant.

WHEREAS the Rent due, under a Depasturing Licence, dated the 23rd day of July 1862, for the Blumine Run—Licensed to Robert Woodgate, has not been paid within the period allowed in the Land Regulations, 1st July, 1856, in force in this Province.
I, Courtenay Kenny, Commissioner of Crown Lands, do hereby declare the said Licence forfeited; and I thereby give notice, that a Licence to Depasture Cattle upon the Waste Lands of the Crown within the boundaries of the said Run subject to the usual Fee, Rent, and conditions, will be sold by Public Auction (whereof one month’s notice will be given) to the highest bidder, as provided in the said Regulations.

this fourth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

WHEREAS the amounts due, in respect of cattle depastured upon the Waste Lands of the Crown within the boundaries of the Runs known as
Scarborough Run—Licensed to Richard Kindersley Newcome,
Landsdowne Run—Licensed to Charles Fowell Willett Watts,
Benhopai Run—Licensed to Robert Johnson and Charles Canning,
Flaxbourne Run—Licensed to Sir Charles Clifford and Frederick Aloysius Weld,
Tyntesfield Run—Licensed to Arthur Penrose Seymour,
Rams Head Run—Licensed to Hugh Fraser,—
have been in arrear and unpaid for three calendar months after the same have become due, I, Courtenay Kenny, Commissioner of Crown Lands, do hereby declare the Licences of the said Runs forfeited.
