APPLICATION for a DEPASTURING LICENSE, in accordance with the Land Regulations of 1st July, 1856, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, this 2nd day of January, 1864:—

Run— An Island in the Pelorus Sound, known as Orieri Island.
Estimated Extent... Under 10,000 acres.
Deposit Paid... £5.

Appointment of Bonding Warehouse at Picton.

CUSTOMS.

THE undermentioned Warehouse has been duly licensed and approved under the “Customs Regulation Act, 1858,” as a general Warehouse for the reception of goods under bond.

A Warehouse situated in High-street, Blenheim, belonging to Nathaniel Edwards and Co., and occupied by George Henderson.

MONTAGUE ADAMS,
of Picton, to be an Inspector of Weights and Measures, and to be a person with whom shall be deposited certain Copies or Models of the Standard Weights and Measures of the Colony.
