IT is notified, for general information, that the following gentlemen have been duly elected as Members of the Education Board for the Province of Marlborough:
For Picton — W. Adams, Esq., J.P.
" Blenheim — Mr. W. Collie.
" Renwick Town — Rev. T. D. Nicholson.
" Spring Creek — Mr. W. Seager.
" Wairau Valley — C. F. W. Watts, Esq., J.P.

PROCLAMATION
By William Douglas Hall Baillie, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand.
IN pursuance of the power vested in me as Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough by the Education Act, Session III., No. 1, I hereby proclaim and fix THURSDAY, the 15th day of May, as the day for the first MEETING of the EDUCATION BOARD, at noon. The said Meeting is to be held at the Woolpack Inn, Renwick Town.

NOTICE is hereby given that the PLANS for the NEXT LAND SALE must be deposited at this Office on or before the 31st day of May next.

PROCLAMATION.
By His Honour William Douglas Hall Baillie, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand.
IN accordance with the provisions of the “Education Act,” Session III, No. 1, I hereby notify that I have appointed MONDAY, the 28th day of April inst., at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the NOMINATION and ELECTION of a MEMBER of the EDUCATION BOARD, for the DISTRICT of SPRING CREEK.
The person to be elected must be a householder residing in the District.
The place appointed for the Nomination and Election is the house of Robert Robinson, Wairau West.
