I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that all persons having CLAIMS on the PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT, are requested to SEND IN their ACCOUNTS on or before the last day of the month; and that all payments will be made on the 5th of the following month. Should that date fall on Sunday, accounts will be paid on the following day. The first payment under this alteration will be made on the 5th day of March.

All persons having money to pay to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Marlborough, who may find it inconvenient to attend and pay in cash, are requested to send Drafts payable to me at the Bank of New Zealand, Picton.

APPLICATION for DEPASTURING LICENSE, in accordance with the Land Regulations, 1st July, 1856, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands before the 2nd day of January, 1862.

Westerly, the high ridge or spur parallel to the River Palmer; and west of the River Palmer’s first ridge;
Northerly by J. Ward’s present Run;
Southerly by the Run applied for by H. D. Williams;
Easterly by a point at Mount Clear.
Estimated Extent—Under 10,000 Acres.
