PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON,
Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.
ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby proclaim and notify, that the several allotments of land situate in Campbell Town on the left bank of the Wangaanui River in the province Wellington, and specified in the schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provisions hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by Public Auction, at the Survey Office, Wanganui, on THURSDAY, the eighteenth day of December next, at One o’clock in the afternoon.
If at any time during the sale, it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands or person duly authorised in his behalf, beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said schedule, or vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of October, 1862.

PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON,
Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.
ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, Do hereby proclaim and declare, that that part of the Rangitikei district which is bounded as hereinafter described, shall henceforth be a Road District, within the meaning of the Act or Acts now in force, for the construction and management of District Roads, and shall be called the “Upper Rangitikei District.”
The said District being bounded on the East by the Rangitikei River; on the North by the boundary line of the land purchased from the Natives in the Rangitikei District; on the West by section LXI (on the District Map) thence by the Western boundaries of sections LV and LXXVII, to section XL, from thence South to section LXXXIII, to the Rangitikei River.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington this thirtieth day of October, 1862.

SUPREME COURT.
MIDDLE DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be held at the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings, at Wellington, on Monday the first day of December next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Causes will not be called on for trial until Monday the 8th day of December next at 10 o’clock: A.M., to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Monday the 15th day December next, at half-past ten o’clock A.M.
