THIRD LAND SALES.
Marlborough, December 7, 1860.
NOTICE is hereby given that all PLANS for the NEXT LAND SALES must be left at this Office, on or before the 15th Day of JANUARY next.
This Office does not undertake to receive any Surveys unless undertaken in pursuance of special instructions, and payment for Surveys will only be made if the plans are completed to the satisfaction of the Principal Surveyor.

IN accordance with the Provisions of the Waste Lands Regulations, notice is hereby given that a dispute as to the undermentioned Boundary of Runs will be heard at this Office on MONDAY, the 7th day of January, at One o’clock, p.m.
