NOTICE is hereby given that Section 22A, Class B, Suburban Land, Picton Suburban, is withdrawn from the Land Sales advertised for the 21st instant.

APPLICATIONS for DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 1st July, 1856, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands to the 9th November, 1860:-
John Holliday District—Pelorus and Queen Charlotte Sound.
Boundaries—West, by Akaloa Bay; North, by Guard’s and Waitui Bays, and Titirangi Bay; East, by Point Gore and Melville Cove; South, by a line drawn true west from Melville Cove to Akaloa Bay.
Estimated Extent—Under 10,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £15.
