To Auto road; thence along that road to
the south boundary of the suburban sec-
tions of Havelock, and thence along the
south side of the road forming the boun-
dary of these sections to the Middle road
at the north-western corner of suburban
section 39, and thence along the Middle
road to the southern extremity of the
Pukahu Block, at Forster's Gorge, and
thence in a straight line along the boun-
dary of the Kao Kaoroa Block and the
Pukahu Block to the Awanui, across that
stream to the Te Auto road, along that
road to the Awanui, at Long Bridge, and
down that stream to the Ngaruroro, and
down the Ngaruroro to the starting point.
Papakura District.
Starts at Taroha's Bridge, follows along
the Meanee road to the Tutaekuri River,
at the race-course, and up that river to the
dry channel of the Tutaekuri at Pa Wha-
karo, and up that channel to the Tutae-
kuri Waimate, and down that stream to
A. M. Hardy's south boundary, and follows
then along his boundary fence in an east-
erly direction to the Te Puninga Block,
and along the boundary between that block
and the Pakowhai Block to the southern
boundary of the Papakura Block; thence
along the southern boundary of that block
to the junction of the Totara Creek with
the Waitangi, and down the Waitangi to
the Waitangi Bridge, and thence along the
eastern boundary of the Whataanganga
Block to the starting point at Tareha's
Bridge.
Pakowhai and Waitangi District.
Starts at the Waitangi Bridge, follows
along the main road to the north-western
boundary of the Taumatau Block, and
along the boundary of that block on the
sea beach to the Waitangi, and down the
Waitangi into the Ngaruroro, and up that
river to the mouth of the Tutaekuri Wai-
mate, and up that stream to A. M. Hardy's
south boundary, and along his boundary,
through the Pakowhai Block, to the Te
Puninga Block; thence along the boun-
dary between the Pakowhai and the Te
Puninga Blocks to the Papakura Block,
and along the southern boundary of the
Papakura Block to the junction of the
Totara Creek with the Waitangi, and
down the Waitangi to the starting point
at Waitangi Bridge.
PROCLAMATION.
REGULATIONS FOR THE PORT OF
NAPIER.
JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superin-
tendent of the Province of Hawkes'
Bay, by virtue of the powers vested in me, do
hereby make the following regulations for
the Port of Napier, and do hereby repeal all
former regulations (or any part, or parts,
thereof) in any wise inconsistent with the re-
gulations hereby made:—
- The charges at the Examination Sheds
shall be as follows:—

- All goods landed on the wharf or wharves,
either for import or export shall pay one
shilling per ton of 40 cubic feet or portion of
a ton or per ton weight or portion of a
ton, with the exceptions hereinafter men-
tioned, for which the following rates will
be charged:—

Sailing vessels and steam vessels (under
fifty tons) will be subject to a wharfage
charge of ten shillings, and steam vessels of
fifty tons and over to a wharfage charge of
£1; the sailing vessel in every instance to give
way to steamers. -
All shippers of Stock, Horses or Cattle
using the stockyards to pay 6d per head;
sheep 1d.
No person to be allowed to remove any
Goods from any of the Wharves
until authorized by the Wharfinger.
- All vessels using the Government planks
for shipping or discharging cargo to pay at
the rate of 3 shillings per diem.

JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke's Bay, do hereby, in pursuance of the powers vested in me
by "The Hawke's Bay Waste Lands Regulations Amendment Act,
1874," proclaim and notify, that the lands referred to in the annexed
Schedule are withdrawn from sale from the day of the date hereof.
Dated at Napier this eight day of August, in the year of Our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.
