Woodville suburban sections Nos. 17, 18,
23, and 24 to the north-western corner of
rural section No. 3; along the western
boundary of that section to the northern
boundary of section No. 2; along the
northern boundary of sections No. 2 and 1
and the western boundary of section No. 1
to the road from Napier to the Manawatu
Gorge; along that road westerly to a point
distant about 23 chains in a straight line
from the south-western corner of section
No. 1; thence following a line bearing due
north (magnetic) a distance of 13550 links;
thence in a line bearing 55deg., a distance
of 12500 links; and thence in a line bear-
ing 300deg., a distance of 17400 links to
the starting point at the northernmost corner
of Woodville rural section No. 23.

lished for general information.

Given under my hand at Napier this
10th day of August, in the year of
Our Lord, one thousand eight hun-
dred and seventy-six.

SCHEDULE.

Clive and Hikutoto District.

Starting from the mouth of the Ngaruroro
River; following up that river to the
ford at the Karamu pah; thence follow-
ing along the west side of the road lead-
ing into the Te Auto road; to its junc-
tion with that road; thence following
south-easterly along the Te Auto road to
its junction with the Olive road; thence
down the Clive road to the northern
boundary of the Mangateretere block;
thence down the northern boundary line
of that block to the north-east corner of
same block; thence to the southern
corner of Clive suburban section 133, by
a straight line; thence by the road
bounding the same section towards the
south-east across the lagoon to the sea
beach; thence by the sea beach to the
starting point at the mouth of the Ngaru-
roro River.

Heretaunga District.

Starting from Pakowhai pah on the old
bed of the Ngaruroro River; thence fol-
lowing up the old bed of the Ngaruroro
River to the ford at the Karamu pah;
thence following along the west side of the
road leading into the Te Auto road to its
junction with that road; thence following
south-easterly along the Te Auto road to
the eastern boundary of the Mangateretere
block west; thence following along that
boundary to the old bed of the Ngaruroro
River, and along the old bed of the Ngaru-
roro River to where the Ngaruroro runs into
the Waitio creek; thence down that
creek to the Tutaekuri-waimate stream;
thence down the Tutaekuri-waimate to
the starting point at Pakowhai pah.

Meanee District.

Starting from the mouth of the Tutae-
kuri river, in the Ahuriri lagoon, up that
river to the western boundary of Block 1,
Puketapu district; thence following the
western boundary line of that block to the
north-west corner thereof; thence follow-
ing the boundary line between the Meanee
suburban sections and the Puketapu dis-
trict to the Ahuriri lagoon; thence follow-
ing the edge of the Ahuriri lagoon to the
starting point at the mouth of the Tutae-
kuri river.

Puketapu District.

Starting from the junction of the Paki-
aka creek with the Tutaekuri river; up the
Tutaekuri river to the fence known as
Nonus Smith's near the junction of the
Mangaone river with the Tutaekuri river;
thence along that fence to its termination;
thence following a straight line to the
westernmost corner of Block 75; thence
northerly along the fence between Messrs.
Burnet and Whitmore to the northern
boundary of Block 65; thence following
that boundary to the north-western
boundary of Block 75; thence following
the north-western and north-eastern boun-
dary of that Block to the north-western
boundary of the Warerangi Native Re-
serve; thence following that boundary to the
Ahuriri lagoon; thence following the edge
of the said lagoon to the boundary of the
Meanee Suburban Sections; thence fol-
lowing the western boundary line of the
Meanee Suburban Sections to the northern
boundary of Block 2; thence following
that boundary to the eastern boundary of
Block 52; thence following the eastern,
northern, and western boundary lines of
that Block to the Pakiaka creek; thence
down that creek to the starting point at
its junction with the Tutaekuri river.

Redcliffe District.

Starting from the western boundary l.n.o
of block 1, Puketapu district, on the Tutae-
kuri river, up that river to its junction
with the Pakiaka creek; thence following
that creek, and the western, northern and
eastern boundary lines of block 52 to the
northern boundary of block 2; thence
following that boundary to the western
boundary line of Block 1; thence follow-
ing that boundary line to the starting point
on the Tutaekuri river.

Havelock District.

Starts at the Ngaruroro River, at the
north-eastern boundary of the Havelock
suburban lands; thence following the
road to the south-western corner of south
suburban section of Havelock, No. 8;
thence along the southern boundary of
that section to the Te Auto road, and along
that road to the southern boundary of the
suburban sections of Havelock, and thence
along the south side of the road forming
the boundary of those sections to the Mid-
dle road to the south-western corner of
suburban section 39, and thence along the
south-western boundary of the suburban
sections to the south-west angle of those
sections; thence along the east and north-
east boundaries of Havelock township to
the starting point at the Ngaruroro River.

Pukahu District.

Starts at the Ngaruroro River, at the
south-western corner of south suburban
section of Havelock, No. 8; thence along
