PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
BY VIRTUE of the powers in me vested by the ninth section of "The Harbor Boards Act, 1870," I do hereby delegate unto the Napier Harbor Board the powers and authority vested in me as Superintendent, under the thirtieth, thirty-first, and thirty-second sections of "The Marine Act, 1867."
Given at Wellington under my hand and seal of the Province of Hawke’s Bay this eighteenth day of July, in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-six.
