IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW
ZEALAND,
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867."
Between THOMAS KENNEDY NEWTON, Plaintiff;
and
HERBERT THOMAS HALSEY KNIGHT, Defendant.

BY VIRTUE of a Writ of fieri facias to me directed in the above cause, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon, and have taken in execution the lands hereinafter mentioned, and all the estate and interest therein of the above named, that is to say all the equity of redemption and other estate and interest of the said Defendant in all that parcel of land containing 2 roods and 20 perches, more or less, being portion of suburban section No. 45 of the Town of Napier, and being also subdivisions P and Q on a plan of the said section deposited in the office for the Registration of Deeds, at Napier, subject to a mortgage to ROBERT STUART, Esq., to secure the sum of £140 15s 7d, and interest at £10 per centum per annum, which mortgage is due on February 16, 1877. And I hereby give notice that I shall cause the said lands, and all the estate and interest of the said defendant therein, subject to the said mortgage to be sold at the Supreme Court House, Napier, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date of the publication hereof, to wit on the 31st day of October, 1876, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and of all further costs and expenses incidental thereto. And I further give notice that HENRY ARTHUR CORNFORD, of Browning-street, Napier, is the solicitor for the above-named THOMAS KENNEDY NEWTON, the execution Creditor herein.

Given under my hand, at Napier, this 25th day of July, 1876.
