✨ Land Lease Auction Notice
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
By John Davies Ormond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me, I hereby notify for public information that those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder mentioned, will be offered for lease for a period of 21 years, by Public Auction, at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Napier, on FRIDAY, the seventeenth day of September, 1875, at noon. The conditions upon which the same will be leased can be seen on application at this office.
