All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By John Davies Ormond, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me, I hereby notify for public information that those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder mentioned, will be offered for lease for a period of twenty-one years, by public auction, at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Napier, on FRIDAY, the 17th day of September, 1875, at noon. The conditions upon which the same will be leased can be seen on application at this office.

Dated at Napier this 23rd day of June, 1875.
