All that area of land containing by admeasurement 30 acres, more or less, bounded towards the North-West by Rural Sections Nos. 61 and 57, 5213 links, and by Motuotaria Rural Section No. 18; on the South by Porangahau Suburban Sections Nos. 75 and 76, 5280 links; on the South-West by Porangahau Suburban Section No. 74, 4740 links; on the West by Porangahau Suburban Section 70, 1775 links, and by Porangahau Suburban Sections Nos. 77 and 73, 2984 links and 2257 links respectively, and on the North-West by Porangahau Rural Sections Nos. 4 and 3, 9697 links, and by Porangahau Rural Section No. 7, 950 links.

All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 440 acres, more or less, situate in the Porangahau district; bounded on the North-East by Block No. 18; on the North-West by Motuotaria Rural Section No. 18.

Town of Clive.

Sections 368, 369, 370, 371, 372, and 373, on the map of the Town of Clive, containing 1 acre, 3 roods, 20 perches.

Bounded on the North by the Turaekaitai stream, and on the South-West by the Opokopaowa stream.

Town of Napier.

Sections 106, 107, 111, and a reserve at the corner of Hastings, Tennyson, and Emerson-streets, on the map of Napier, containing 1 acre, 1 rood, 20 perches.

Waihua Reserve, 40 acres.

Bounded to the West by Rural Section No. 18, Waihua and on all other sides by the Waihua river.
