NOTICE is hereby given that the adjourned Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of civil and criminal business, will be holden at the Provincial Council Chamber, at Napier, on MONDAY, the 8th day of December, 1873, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizances as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
