the undermentioned property will be sold
by Auction, at noon, at the Auction Rooms
of Edward Lugg, Esq.,
in the Town
of Hawke’s Bay, on Monday the 13th
day of June, 1870, viz:—All the Estate
and Interest of the said Plaintiff and Defend-
ants, or either of them, of and in all that
Block of Land, situate in the Oero district, in
the province of Hawke’s Bay, containing to-
gether 5680 acres more or less, and being
blocks Nos. 63, 65, 53, 59, 66, 67, 71, 72,
70, and 69, on the Government plan of the
said district. This land is subject to a
mortgage debt of £2000, due to the New
Zealand Trust and Loan Company (Limited),
and half year’s interest (£100) will become
due on 30th June inst.
And, also, of and in that Block of Land
or Run situated in the said Oero district
containing 4320 acres more or less, being
land held under a depasturage licence un-
der the hand of William Fox, Esq., Com-
missioner, dated 1st January, 1858, for the
unexpired residue of 14 years thereby
granted.
Dated this sixth day of June, 1870, at
Napier aforesaid.

In pursuance of the powers vested in
me, I, John Davies Ormond, do
hereby proclaim that the unsold Suburban
Sections, described in the Schedule here-
to annexed, in the Whare-o-maranui
Block...

public auction, on the 27th day of April
last, are withdrawn from sale from this
date.

Bounded towards the North-West and
North-East, by Crown Land; to-
wards the South by the Pukeroa
Block; towards the South-East by
the road from Tareha’s Bridge to
Meanee; towards the South-West
by a public road; and towards the
East by the Tutaekuri river.

NOTICE is hereby given that the un-
dermentioned Run, awarded to
Philip Dolbel, in the Mohaka Block, is for-
feited for breach of Section VII., clause 11,
of the Additional Land Regulations, Pro-
vince of Wellington, and the license is can-
celled accordingly.
And it is also notified that on WEDNES-
DAY, the 15th day of July, 1870, at
noon, I shall offer the undermentioned lots,
comprised in the Run aforesaid, to be let
by public auction, at the Crown Lands
Office, Napier, for a term of fourteen
years, the boundaries and particulars of
which can be seen at the Survey Office,
Napier:—
