All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Execution of Judgement against Real Estate Act, 1867.”
Between Archibald Anderson Watt and James Watt, plaintiffs, and John Buchanan, John Westen, and John Stockman Buchanan, defendants.
HEREBY give notice that by virtue of Her Majesty’s Writ, to me directed in the above cause, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon the Lands hereunder described, that is to say:
All the Estate and Interest of the said Defendants, or either of them, of and in all that Block of Land, situate in the Oero district, in the province of Hawke’s Bay, containing together 5580 acres more or less, and being blocks Nos. 63, 65, 58, 59, 66, 67, 71, 72, 70, and 69, on the Government plan of the said district. This land is subject to a mortgage debt of £2000, due to the New Zealand Trust and Loan Company (Limited), and half year’s interest (£100) will become due on 30th June inst.
And, also, of and in that Block of Land or Run situated in the said Oero district containing 4320 acres more or less, being land held under a depasturage license under the hand of William Fox, Esq., Commissioner, dated 1st January, 1858, for the unexpired residue of 14 years thereby granted.
All that flock of Sheep, 4000 in number, depasturing on the said Station, with their increase. These Sheep are subject to a mortgage of Stock in favor of the said abovenamed Plaintiffs for securing the sum of £617 and upwards, of which sum £604 4s. is still due; and that I shall sell or cause to be sold the abovementioned Parcel of Land and Sheep, at the Supreme Court Office, at Napier, in the province of Hawke’s Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date of the publication hereof to wit, on the 8th day of September, 1870, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.
And I further give notice that John NATHANIEL WILSON of Shakespeare-road, Napier, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor herein.
Given under my hand, at Napier, this sixth day of June, 1870.
