By virtue and in exercise of all powers
in anywise enabling me in this behalf
do hereby revoke and annul the said
proclamation, and declare that the same
shall be null and void to all intents and
purposes whatsoever.

Given under my hand and under the
seal of the said Province, at
Napier, this twentieth day of
April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent
of the Province of Hawke’s
Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify
that the Land described in the annexed
Schedule will be open for public selection
under the Land regulations now in
force in this Province, at the Land
Office, Napier, on and after Tuesday,
the 28th June, 1867.

Dated this 20th day of April, in the
year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and sixty seven.

SCHEDULE.

WAIKOKOPU BLOCK,
Containing 514 acres more or less, the
boundaries commencing on the coast at
Uruti, running inland to Puke te anui,
the different lines bearing 39° 18’, 191°
44 and 41° 40’, 800, 2500 and 6700
links; thence along the top of the range
towards Parikikauni on the coast in Wai-
kokopu Bay the bearing being 3° 32’,
93° 40’, 293° 34’ and 128° 17’, 2068,
1490, 2004 and 910 links respectively,
excluding 30 acres as delineated in the
plans of the office.
