I do hereby revoke and annul the said proclamation, and declare that the same shall be null and void to all intents and purposes whatsoever.

Given under my hand and under the seal of the said Province, at Napier, this twentieth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

PROVINCE OF HAWKE’S BAY.

AHURIRI BLOCK.

Estimated area, about 18700 acres including the Puketitiri Bush.

Commencing at the Patoka Trigonometrical Station thence in a due West direction to the South-eastern boundary of the Puketitiri reserve; following the Eastern boundary of the said reserve, to its North-eastern extremity, thence proceeding South-east to the North-east point of the Waipuna Bush reserve, along its eastern boundary to the Waipuna Creek, following that Creek down to the Pukiaka reserve, thence along the Southern boundary of that reserve to the Mangarangiora, and thence up that stream to its source, and thence in a straight line South to the Patoka Trig station.

PROCLAMATION.

By DONALD M’LEAN, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that the Land described in the annexed Schedule will be open for public selection, under the Land Regulations now in force in this Province, in the Land Office, Napier, on and after May 30th, 1867.

Dated this 20th day of April, in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

Bounded towards the West by Te Wai-o-te Rangi stream and by a line five thousand two hundred and sixty (5260) links; towards the North by lines one thousand and forty (1040) links, six hundred and fifty (650) links, one thousand and fifty-five (1055) links, one thousand one hundred and sixty-five (1165) links, one thousand one hundred and sixty (1160) links, one thousand one hundred and sixty-six (1166) links, seven hundred and seventy-five (775) links, and one thousand and ninety (1090) links; towards the East by lines three thousand seven hundred and thirty-five (3735) links, and six hundred (600) links, by the Tuna-a-Tere stream and by a line one thousand three hundred and sixty (1360) links; and towards the South by a line eight hundred (800) links, and by the Tukituki River.

WHEREAS by a Proclamation under my hand and dated the 30th June, 1865, I did notify that all those parcels of Land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder mentioned would be reserved from Public Sale for purposes of special settlement. And whereas it is advisable that the said Proclamation should be revoked so far as is described in the annexed Schedule.
