for the Province of Hawke’s Bay, and the said petitioner do come up for hearing before His Honor Mr. Justice Johnston,
at the Supreme Court House, Napier, on the first practicable sittings of the said Court, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon; and that a meeting of the Creditors of the said petitioner be held at a time and place to be fixed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hawke’s Bay, for the purpose of recommending Trustees of the said Estate, and the mode of winding up the said Estate, and to report to this Honorable Court whether the creditors recommend that the said debtor should obtain his final discharge without reference to the amount of his Estate.
And it is further ordered that until the hearing of the said petition the said petitioner be protected from arrest, except in such cases as would render him liable to arrest on mesne process by the order of a Judge of this Court, or of a Registrar of this Court in the absence of a Judge thereof, until further order of this Honorable Court.
